Warranty and Refund Policy
All new PC/Server builds carry a 12 month parts
and labour Return to Base warranty this means that postage back
to us and the return is paid by yourselves.
This warranty excludes damage caused by fire, misuse,
water damage, power surges, any act of god, virus, any software
related damages. The parts warranty covers hardware failures due
to manufacturer error only.
Refunds will only be issued within 7 days of receipt
of goods after this time no refunds will be given. During this time
refunds will be at the discretion of management. Prior to sending
any goods back for refund you must contact us to request an RMA
number. Any goods received without this number will be returned
back to sender.
Refunds will not be issued on software due to licences. However
if a disc is faulty it will be replaced upon our receipt of the
faulty disc.
Upon receipt of the delivery please check all packages
are not damaged and are complete. Once you have signed for the delivery
you state that all is present and undamaged and this can result
in problems claiming from the courier and may effect your warranty
if there is damage casued and you have signed that the delivery
was undamaged and all present.
